SOAR is an after-school program for motivated 5th–12th grade students in Pine Bluff and Jefferson County, Arkansas.
We help students overcome academic and social challenges by giving them the tools, encouragement, and accountability they need to succeed. By building character and preparing students for college and beyond, SOAR equips the next generation to rise higher—both in the classroom and in life.
Every SOAR student is

We are in constant contact with our students, parents, teachers, and counselors. Tutors are provided for all participants. Our dedicated tutors specialize in common core curriculum. Leaders in the community are encouraged to participate. Our community leaders are offered the stage to provide students with resources to create their own success stories.
