Executive DIrector

Former Arkansas Razorback basketball player, Ernie Murry, is known for his grit on the court and his heart for people. Drawing from his collegiate career, he now channels that same drive into mentoring and inspiring students to achieve excellence in academics, athletics, and character.

Program DIrector

Anita Smith leads the SOAR after-school program with a passion for seeing students thrive. Known for her genuine care and commitment, she creates an environment where kids are encouraged, supported, and equipped to reach their full potential both in and out of the classroom.
